Mainly used in the brazing process, its main ingredients are composed of Ag-Cu-Zn or alloy containing Cd,

1.ALUMINUM FLUX CORE SKA (ลวดเชื่อมอลูมิเนียมผสมฟลักซ์)
The SKA is innovative brazing material containing flux uniformly mixture with brazing metal powder, which will simplify the brazing process in the application to all the brazing works
For the customers to select the most adequate filler metal in their brazing process. According as the customers use a process such as
Torch. Furnace or Induction for brazing, SKA provides :
1.
An adequate metals composition applied to the characteristics of mother metals.
2. Control of flux contents.
3. Many different forms of filler metals according to the forms
of mother metals to be joined,
In the above ways of brazing the super high quality products can be obtained.
SKA is produced by the method of mixing and coating powder metals with fluxes and fluxes are controlled in the tolerance limit of plus and minus 0.2 wt. Inferior brazing quality can be minimized or eliminated by the flux content tolerance control.
We are supplying many different forms of brazing filler metals such as wire, rod, pre-form, wire ring (one turn and two turn), pipe sliced ring, seamless flux cored ring and bend type ring etc in any forms of customers' request.

3. ALUMINUM STICK ELECTRODE
ลวดเชื่อมอลูมิเนียมหุ้มฟลักซ์
Application of 4043 (5% Silicon):
Especially for welding forged and cast aluminum alloys containing less than 5% of Silicon as main alloying element. Also for arc welding aluminums alloyed with copper, silicon and magnesium. Also excellent for joining dissimilar grades of aluminum.
Application of 4047 (12% Silicon):
Especially for welding forged and cast aluminum alloys containing less than 7% of Silicon as main alloying element. Also for arc welding aluminums alloyed with copper, silicon and magnesium. Also applicable as surfacing electrode. Good weldability, no porosity. Applicable when Al-properties of base materials are unknown.
Chemical composition of 4043 (% weight), core wire:
Si 5.25 - Cu 0.23 - Fe 0.8 - Mg 0.04 - Mn 0.04 - Zn 0.08 - Al Rem.
Chemical composition of 4047 (% weight), core wire:

The SU-TC 150" allows for joining of different metal such as Al and Al, Al and Cu, and Al and Brass. Each ingredient can be added/subtracted according to work requirements (welding design, base metal, etc.), and can be processed into different shapes (ring, rod, wire, paste, etc.). Also, adjustment of size (outer/inner diameter) can be performed easily according to brazing type.

FUNCTION
